Gareth has an site visit at Keyport on November 4th, we're totally stoked! After then we should have a general idea of when we'll be heading back up to Washington. I am SO excited!! I will be coming up in December for Marci's baby shower and some R&R.
What else is new? We're going to a Pumpkin Patch tomorrow and we're excited about Halloween. Evan's going to be Superman again (FYI he will be Superman until he doesn't fit into that costume any more) and Callie is going to be a little pixy with a lot of moxy. The kids are doing great and we're really enjoying our family time.
Work is coming along, I think I've really been improving on my counseling skills and I love the ladies I work with on a daily basis. It will be great experience for when I move on... I am so excited to be an auntie, I really look forward to having a newborn around again! My little nephew is expected to be here late February and I will be there for that.
Well that's a little update, I'll post pictures of the Pumpkin Patch after the weekend.

Updates
I know it's been a while since I updated, but a million things have been going on.
We have registered Evan for Kindergarten, I can't believe he's almost five. He is still a bright, energetic boy and loves being a big brother. Callie is almost 14 months old now and is still working on walking. She will take a couple steps on her own, but is not yet comfortable walking and prefers to crawl (or be carried). She is using sign language to communicate with us, but not much spoken words yet. Gareth and I are still liking our jobs and we've been enjoying the beautiful weather lately. Hope all is well and I will do my best to update sooner. : )

New Car and Cute Kids
So we finally bought another car, it took us months to figure out which one to get and here it is! As Gareth tells people, we got the cheapest car he could fit in. I love it, it has much more room than the Forester and it gets better gas mileage. It's a Scion xB and it gets me back and forth to work. Yes work. I got a job! I work for the local WIC office and last week was my first week. I like it so far and I work four 10 hour days, Monday thru Thursday, so I always have 3-day weekends.

Happy Easter!

Darwin Falls
We ventured into Death Valley two weekends ago and hiked up to Darwin Falls. It was really pretty and Evan had a lot of fun getting muddy and jumping over the stream on the way up to the falls. It was a nice, quick trip that got up out of Ridgecrest for the day and the weather was perfect!

Early February
It's February 18th already and timw is flying by. As I write this we are getting ready to pick Evan up from his first sleepover at his best friend Alex's. Alex's parents are really nice and even watched Callie while we went to dinner last night for our 5th anniversary! After we pick up Evan we're headed to the park and Gareth's going to play tennis with our friend Jose while the kids and I hang out with his wife Maxine and their daughter Josephine. Callie is 10 months and we had a doctor's appointment and all is well. She's just above the 50 percentile for height and just below it for weight. She didn't have any shots so that was a relief. She still isn't walking, but it's kinda nice... I know she'll be getting into everything. For my aniversary/Valentines Day present Gareth got me my own camera and I LOVE it, so here's some new pictures!
